If you are logged in to ChronoTrack Live:
- Navigate to the Password tab.
- Enter your current password in the first field.
- Enter your new password in the second field.
- Now confirm it by typing it again in the third field.
- Finally, click Change Password to finalize the change.
If you have forgotten your password:
- On the ChronoTrack Live login page, click the Forgot Password link.
OR - A new Tab/Window will open. Enter the e-mail address associated with the account.
- Click Continue
- You should see a confirmation dialogue like the one below.
- Check your e-mail for a message like the one below.
- Click the link in the e-mail.
- You will be directed to a page where you must enter and confirm your new Password.
- Click Save
- Your password should now be reset and you will automatically be logged into your account.
