I lost my password!

Recovering your password is a simple process. To Recover:

1. On the ChronoTrack Live login page, click the Forgot Password link.
2. OR 
3. A new Tab/Window will open. Enter the e-mail address associated with the account.
4. Click Continue
5. You should see a confirmation dialogue like the one below.
6. Check your e-mail for a message like the one below.
7. Click the link in the e-mail.
8. You will be directed to a page where you must enter and confirm your new Password.
9. Click Save
10. Your password should now be reset and you will automatically be logged into your account.
