How do I change my Personal Information?

If you need to change the name, birth date, gender, or address information associated with your account, you may do so by logging into your Personal Event Profile. 

Please note that any of the information that is adjusted in your Personal Event Profile is only associated with your profile. This information does not change what is in any past registrations, but will be saved for future registrations with ChronoTrack.

To Change Name, Birth Date, Gender, or Do Not Contact status:

  1. Log into your ChronoTrack Live account.
  2. Navigate to the Identity tab.



  3. Make any necessary changes to the desired information field.
  4. Click Save to finalize any changes.
  5. You should see a confirmation message like the one below.

To Change Country, Street Address, Postal Code, City, or State information:

If you have registered as a member with a race organization or running club, your updates to the Contact and Address tab will take place in your membership.  This will ensure the organization has your most up to date contact information.  Updates will not impact individual event registrations.

  1. Log in to ChronoTrack Live.
  2. Navigate to the Address tab.



  3. Make any necessary changes to the desired information field.
  4. Click Save to finalize any changes.
  5. You should see a confirmation message like the one below.
