How do I disconnect my ChronoTrack Live account from my Facebook and Twitter?

1. Log in to your ChronoTrack Live account.
2. Click the Updates tab.
3. Click the Edit link underneath the Facebook icon.
   
4. In the pane that appears, click Disconnect under the connection that you would like to remove.
   
5. Click the X at the top corner of the pane to close it.

The connection(s) should now be gone. You will still see the Facebook and Twitter icons, but they will not longer have the green check mark in the top right corner.
