If you had previously opted out of Athlete Updates for an event in your ChronoTrack Live profile, your connected Athlinks account would also be prevented from allowing users to track you during an event.
If you want your family and friends to be able to use the Tracking feature of the Athlinks App to see your location on a map, you'll need to re-enable Updates from your ChronoTrack Live Profile.
- Log into register.chronotrack.com using the email address you used to register for the event
- On the Events tab, make sure you're on the Upcoming tab, then locate the event in the list for which you'd like to enable Updates
- Check the Allow Athlete Updates box. A confirmation message will appear confirming that you have turned Tracking on.
