If you ever see this error message, it's likely that someone either registered for you, or you had previously registered for this event sometime in the past.
You will only see this message if the First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, Gender, and email address you entered during registration exactly match those already on file for an entry in the event. So, if you see this message, you can check your email for a Registration Confirmation from ChronoTrack.
The easiest way to locate a confirmation is to search your email for the term "Registration Confirmation". You should be able to find the Confirmation email easily that way.
If you don't find it right away, try searching your "Junk" or "Spam" folder since your email provider may have sorted there.
If you're not able to find the Registration Confirmation in your email, please change one of the following fields in the registration form so you can register for the event: First/Last Name, Birth Date, or Gender.
