I have a charge on my card, what is it for?

All charges from ChronoTrack that appear on your bank statement will vary depending on the bank/card type being used. 

Depending on your financial institution, this charge will appear on your statement with:

  • 'REG' followed by this event's name
  • Our business address in LOUISVILLE,CO

We process registrations for all types of events that include:

- Running Races (Marathons, Half Marathons, 5K, Fun Runs, etc.)

- Obstacle Races (Spartan Race, etc.)

- Bike Races

- Triathlons

- Memberships (Atlanta Track Club, Spartan, etc.)

We do not process REOCCURRING charges. If you have multiple purchases through us in a short period of time, your bank/credit card might see this and flag as a reoccurring payment. Please reach out to your credit card company for more information on their policies and procedures. 

If you are seeing this charge on your card and you are still unable to figure out what the charge is associated with, please use the button at the top of this page to Submit a Request to our team with your Name, Email, Amount of the charge, Date that the charge was settled, and the last four digits on the card that was charged.
