We at ChronoTrack process registrations for all types of events that include:
- Running Races (Marathons, Half Marathons, 5K, Fun Runs, etc.)
- Obstacle Races (Spartan Race, etc.)
- Bike Races
- Memberships (Atlanta Track Club, Spartan, etc.)
How charges from ChronoTrack registration appear on your bank statement will vary depending on the bank/card type being used, and how your event's organizer set up registration.
Charges will appear on your bank statement as:
"ATHLINKS-(Event-Name)-Adyen/Stripe" (or just ATHLINKS followed by our business address in Louisville, CO.)

We do not process REOCCURRING charges. If you have multiple purchases through us in a short period of time, your bank/credit card might see this and flag as a reoccurring payment. Please reach out to your credit card company for more information on their policies and procedures.
If you are seeing a charge on your card and you are still unable to figure out what the charge is associated with, please use the button at the top of this page to Submit a Request to our team with your Name, Email, Amount of the charge, Date that the charge was settled, and the last four digits on the card that was charged.
