I'm confirming my registration online but not showing up, why?

Some events offer the ability to confirm your registration from a link posted on the Event's web page. If this is offered, it's important to remember to enter in the correct information in order for the widget to search you properly. 

If you get an error message, take a look at our tips below before trying to register again or contacting support -

Tips to troubleshoot -

- Make sure that you are entering in the First and Last Name used during registration.

- Make sure that you are entering the Email Address used during registration. This will be the email address that your confirmation email was sent to.

- If you are doing both of the above correctly, there is a chance that you may have entered your information incorrectly into your registration. If that's the case, please contact the Event Organizer through the Event's web page OR submit a request to our support team to verify.
