Why is my card being declined?

If your card is being declined at the checkout screen, please try the options below:

Make sure that you are entering your card information correctly. 

  • Cardholder's Name - Name of the person on the card. 
  • Card Number - Card number with no spaces.
  • Expiration - mm/yy
  • Security Code - see the image below
  • Postal Code - Please make sure that you enter the Postal Code that is associated with the billing address for your card.
