How do I change/reset my password?

If you are logged in to ChronoTrack Live:

  1. Navigate to the Password tab.
  2. Enter your current password in the first field.
  3. Enter your new password in the second field.
  4. Now confirm it by typing it again in the third field.
  5. Finally, click Change Password to finalize the change.

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. On the ChronoTrack Live login page, click the Forgot Password link.


    OR 
  2. A new Tab/Window will open. Enter the e-mail address associated with the account.
  3. Click Continue
  4. You should see a confirmation dialogue like the one below.



  5. Check your e-mail for a message like the one below.



  6. Click the link in the e-mail.
  7. You will be directed to a page where you must enter and confirm your new Password.



  8. Click Save
  9. Your password should now be reset and you will automatically be logged into your account.
